Four men who had already been charged with murder now face additional offenses after being indicted Tuesday in a fatal shooting at a Macon apartment complex in June, court records show.

Alfonso Hyman, 35, and Kenio Shantez Bibbs, 18, were indicted alongside two minors Tuesday with one count of malice murder, two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault, court records say. The indictment comes after a shooting at Autumn Trace Apartments at 1745 Rocky Creek Road on June 5 that left Marcus Cunningham Jr., 22, dead.

The four people each also face a new count of first-degree home invasion and a new count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery. The four of them allegedly agreed to rob the apartment while possessing guns, court records show. Court documents also allege another person suffered injuries that weren’t fatal in the shooting, court records show.

Their first court appearance has not been scheduled yet, court records from Tuesday show.

This is a breaking story and will be updated once more information becomes available.
