The poll results are in: Here’s which classic Christmas movie is Macon’s favorite

Christmas is almost here and that means eggnog, getting cozy by the fire and picking out your favorite holiday movie to watch.

You’ve been voting in our poll for the last few weeks and we’ve finally discovered which holiday flick is your favorite. So, what did you choose?

It’s a Wonderful Life (1946)

In this 1940s Christmas drama, George wishes he was never born and this prompts a visit from an angel, who ends up showing George just how many lives he has changed and how much his life matters.

The PG-rated movie is perfect for families and it has a 94% on the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer.

The film got 18% of the vote in Round One and dominated Round 2 with 26% of the vote, coming in at number one. In the Final Round, “It’s a Wonderful Life” won with over 70% of the vote, claiming the victory.
