Two teenagers were charged with murder Friday in the shooting death of 36-year-old Ralfeale Lowe that took place at English Avenue Apartments in Macon earlier this month.

Qontavis Markis Bryant, 18, and Brandon Jermaine McAllister, 17, are accused of killing Lowe on Sept. 11 after coming to his apartment to buy marijuana, according to an arrest warrant.

Deputies found Lowe, a convicted drug dealer, lying back in the arms of another man, bleeding in the doorway of apartment H.

Bryant of Roff Avenue was picked up by deputies for questioning Thursday, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. McAllister of Plymouth Drive was taken into custody in Macon just before noon Friday with help from the U.S. Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force.

According to an arrest warrant, Bryant shot Lowe twice in the chest. He is charged with malice murder and denied bond on Friday.

McAllister remains in jail awaiting his first appearance, the release said.
