Gambler turns $25 bet into slot machine jackpot at Florida casino. ‘Wow’
A lucky gambler walked away from a Florida casino with a big jackpot prize.
The player sat at a Buffalo Link slot machine at the Seminole Casino Hotel in Immokalee, the casino said in an Aug. 14 Facebook post.
The visitor bet $25, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen.
Then a jackpot message appeared saying the player had won $122,255.45.
The gambler had a remaining credit of $261.25 when they won.
“Congratulations to this player for hitting a jackpot of $122,255.45 on a bet of $25 on Buffalo Link!!” the casino said in the post.
A handful of people congratulated the winner on Facebook.
“Wow that’s awesome. I’ll take this as my (sign that) tonight is gonna be my night as well. Congrats,” one person commented.
“Hopefully I will hit SOMETHING tonight for my 65th bday!” another person said.
Immokalee is an unincorporated community in Collier County. It’s about a 35-mile drive southeast from Fort Myers.
