MLB star David Price lists breathtaking Tennessee estate for $4 million. Take a look
Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher David Price has put his stunning home on the Nashville real estate market for $3.95 million after purchasing it in 2014, multiple sources including Realtor.com reports.
The elegant five-bedroom, 6.5-plus-bathroom estate sits on a two-acre lot filled with lush, forest green trees and is just as remarkable inside as it is outside.
Chicness overwhelms upon glancing at the entryway with hardwood stairs leading up to a dramatic double-sided fireplace standing before the open living room/dining area. Tall windows gazing out into the backyard seem to add onto the sophistication the house beholds.
Other features of the 9,553-square-foot home include:
Heated floors in the kitchen and primary bathroom
Catering kitchen
Swimming pool and spa
Theater
Elevator
Wine room
Gym
Price also had a Massachusetts mansion he sold in 2020 and a desert beauty he bought from Los Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton, Capital Gazette reported.
The relief pitcher was drafted first overall by the Tampa Bay Rays in 2007 and has played for numerous teams including the Rays, Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox.
The five-time All-Star became a World Series champion with the Red Sox in 2018 and was with the Dodgers when they won the championship in 2020, but didn’t play after opting of the season due to concerns with COVID-19, Dodger Blue reported.
