A unique, and seemingly tranquil, property has landed on the real estate market in Glenfield, New York, for $319,000. And the thing is, it’s probably pretty hard to find a lakeside home, especially one surrounded by the colorful glory of nature, with that price tag.

According to Realtor.com, the 45-foot tower, which has four bedrooms and one bathroom, was once a silo.

“In the late ’70s and early ’80s, natural, eco-friendly homes were popular,” listing agent Natalie Roth told Relator. “So the original builder took a silo, dismantled it, and brought it over to Chase’s Lake, reassembled it and then added on to it.”

Okay, so one full bathroom in a home consisting of four bedrooms over 1,000-square-feet might not be ideal for some, but it shouldn’t be a problem if your family is small enough or you’re looking to get away from any and all people to take in nature alone.

“Fully furnished, this lake home has two bedrooms and full bath on the first floor and two more bedrooms in the tower,” the listing says. “Kayak, canoe, or swim in the pristine water with a sandy bottom. Hike, bike or horseback ride on the over 65 miles of multi use Otter Creek Horse Trails right from your door!”

And you seriously can’t beat these iridescent surroundings.

“The views are gorgeous,” Roth said to Realtor. “Chase’s Lake is a nice, motorless, Adirondack lake, and it’s beautiful. I’ve never seen a silo house. I’ve seen lighthouses and unique designs, but this is the first silo I’ve seen.”
