Hey, wing fans! Here’s how you can get free wings from Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday

It’s no secret that 2020 has been tough, and while free food won’t fix it, it certainly can’t hurt.

On Wednesday, Buffalo Wild Wings is giving away free wings to celebrate National Wing Day, the company said in a news release.

Here’s how it works: when you buy an order of boneless or traditional wings in any size, Buffalo Wild Wings will give you six more free of charge, the company said.

The deal is only available when you dine-in at the restaurant or when you call in for pickup.

In the spirit of National Wing Day, Buffalo Wild Wings also revealed some interesting factoids about the chain. For instance, B-Dubs served a whopping 2.1 billion wings — yes, with a “B” — in 2019 alone.

The most popular sauces for that mountain of wings were Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, Medium, Mild and Asian Zing, the company said.

The chain’s busiest day of the year was the Super Bowl, as you might imagine, with major college football match-ups and UFC fights drawing in scores of hungry fans, as well.
