Deputies seek tips for wanted man in Macon hotel car break-ins
A person of interest was identified in connection to an alleged burglary at a Macon hotel Monday, and the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office wants help.
Twenty-year-old Keyontae Dontrell Walston was named as a “person of interest” after six vehicles were broken into Monday morning at Comfort Inn & Suites at 3935 Arkwright Road in north Macon, deputies said in a news release Wednesday.
Walston is wanted by the sheriff’s office on multiple charges, including entering auto, first degree criminal damage to property, second degree criminal damage to property, second degree cruelty to children and discharging a firearm on the property of another, according to the news release.
Deputies described the incident as burglary involving entering vehicles.
The Macon man is between 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 150 pounds, the sheriff’s office said.
