New restaurants, coffee shops coming to Warner Robins, Perry in 2025. Here’s a list

Multiple new restaurants, along with coffee and dessert shops, are coming to Warner Robins and Perry in 2025.

Some are targeted to open in February. A few are in the initial planning stages. Several are new to Middle Georgia, while others have already made their mark and are opening additional locations.

In the mix are two Tex-Mex eateries, an authentic Japanese restaurant, two pizza joints, a seafood restaurant and a new breakfast place.

There’s also a new spot coming that’s known for its cheeseburger sliders and another new place known for its chicken tenders. A third serves up burgers, frozen custard and Wisconsin cheese curds.

Five new coffee shops and a “one-stop dessert shop” join the new restaurants.

Here’s a roundup of what’s coming so far:

Warner Robins

Texas Roadhouse — 4070 Watson Blvd. between Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q and La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham. Known for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, fresh-baked bread and a variety of margaritas. Now under construction. Targeted opening in late May/early June.

Dutch Bros Coffee — 2695 Watson Blvd. next to a Circle K convenience store and gas station that houses a Domino’s. Known for its specialty coffees, smoothies, teas, freezes, lemonade, Dutch Bros Rebel energy drinks and Nitro Cold Brew coffee. Also offers muffin tops and a granola bar. Construction is expected to start in January.

Smalls Sliders — 2691 Watson Blvd. Known for its fresh made-to-order cheeseburger sliders with its signature “smauce” sauce. Site plans have been submitted.

Guthrie’s — 2689 Watson Blvd. Known for its hand-breaded chicken fingers and down-home food. Site plans have been submitted.

The Peach Cobbler Factory 840 Ga. 96, Suite 2600, in the new Central Retail Plaza. Billed as a one-stop dessert shop, this new spot will offer cobbler, cinnamon rolls, banana pudding, milkshakes, cookies, brownies, Belgian waffles and churros. Build-out in progress.

CowPies Pizza Co. — 840 Ga. 96, also in the Central Retail Plaza. Known for its quirky name, specialty pizzas, wings and desserts. Also offers “cowzones,” pizza bowls, salads and sandwiches. Build-out in progress.

Culver’s — 782 Ga. 96 next to Peachtree Immediate Care and near a Kroger shopping center. The Midwestern-based, fast-casual restaurant chain is known for its ButterBurgers and frozen custard. Construction is underway with the restaurant expected to open in early spring.

Tenmii Japanese Eatery — 1012 Ga. 96, Suite B, in a new shopping center near Rigby’s Entertainment Complex. Specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine with dishes such as Japanese Kare, Chizu Cheese, Tenmii Pork Chashu Bowl, Chicken Donburi Bowl and Sando with Tofu. Build-out nearly complete. The restaurant is expected to open in February.

DosBros Fresh Mexican — 1012 Ga. 96, Suite H, in the same shopping center as Tenmii. The quick-serve, Tex-Mex restaurant offers build-your-own burritos, bowls, salads, nachos, tacos and quesadillas. A coffee shop is also coming to Suite A of the shopping center, according to a promotional brochure.

Red Owl Coffee Company — 1271 South Houston Lake Road. Known for its in-house roasted coffee beans, this Georgia grown coffee brand offers daily brews, espresso and frappe blends, signature coffee drinks called “Red Owl Customs,” teas, smoothies, milkshakes, hot coco, steamers and energy drinks. Site plans have been submitted with development of the property to also include a seafood restaurant.

Scooter’s Coffee — 1881 Watson Blvd. at the corner of Watson Boulevard and South Houston Road next to a McDonald’s restaurant. The drive-thru coffee shop offers espresso-based beverages, cold brew, hot and iced coffees, Red Bull Infusions, fruit smoothies, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, omelet bites, cookies and cake bites, cinnamon rolls and more, according to its website. Now under construction.

Perry

Dunkin’ — 1818 Houston Lake Road in a new development anchored by a convenience store and gas station at the intersection of Houston Lake Road and Perry Parkway. Known for its coffees, doughnuts and doughnut holes branded as Munchkins, Dunkin’ also offers bagels, breakfast sandwiches and muffins. The coffee shop, which includes a drive-thru and a Baskin-Robbins, could open as early as February. A new breakfast spot is planned for another suite in the same building.

Surcheros Fresh Mex — 1818 Houston Lake Road in a new shopping center behind the new Dunkin’ on the same property. The quick service restaurant chain is known for its made-to-order Tex-Mex burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, salads and burrito bowls.

Holy Pie Pizzeria — 1818 Houston Lake Road in the same shopping center as the new Surcheros Fresh Mex. In addition to pizza, the new spot will offer wings, pasta, calzones, sandwiches, salads and desserts. May open as early as February.
