From restaurants to affordable housing: New projects in Middle Georgia

Middle Georgia is undergoing significant change with new developments in housing, retail, and dining. Warner Robins and Perry will see several new restaurants and coffee shops in 2025, including Smalls Sliders, Dutch Bros Coffee, and Surcheros Fresh Mex.
