Investigators have identified a person of interest in an ongoing investigation into the deaths of four people at a Perry trailer park, according to a news release.

Michael James Jordan, 34, was named as a person of interest in an ongoing homicide investigation in the April 4 killings.

The victims, found during a welfare check, were Beaulah Robinson, 82; Michelle Joiner, 51; Tuquondra Robinson, 37; and A’Layah Joiner, 2. Police have said they were all related and that the perpetrator knew the family.

Jordan has not been charged with any crime connected to the murders, police said in a release. Police did not say why he is considered a person of interest in the crime.

He is currently being held in the Houston County Detention Center on charges of aggravated stalking, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and violation of probation.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is urged to contact the Perry Police.
