Forsyth man wanted on attempted murder charge in Alabama shooting

A Forsyth man is wanted in Alabama on a charge of attempted murder in a shooting at an out-of-state gas station, police said.

Gary Kyle Turner, 25, is sought in connection with a domestic-related incident at 10 p.m. Sunday at the Lake Forest Shell in Daphne, Alabama, according to an agency Facebook post.

A 33-year-old man was shot, police said.

Turner was thought to have fled the area in a black Nissan car. Police released photos of Turner, including one from a surveillance camera at the gas station.

Anyone with information about Turner’s whereabouts is asked to call Daphne police detectives at 251-620-0150, or contact them through the Messenger app on Facebook.
