This national, bargain retailer plans to open a new store in Warner Robins this fall

A new department store plans to open in Warner Robins off of Watson Boulevard in the fall.

Burlington Stores plans to open its new location in the Crossroads Marketplace shopping center at 3060 Watson Blvd., according to a news release. The store will host its grand opening Nov. 17, according to its website.

“We are thrilled to open a new store in the Warner Robins community this Fall, offering residents everyday low prices on a wide assortment of brand name merchandise for the entire family and home,” a company spokesperson wrote in an email.

The store will feature much of the same merchandise as other Burlington locations, including men’s, women’s and kid’s clothing, home decorations and pet care, according to the release.

The closest Burlington to Warner Robins is the Macon location at the Macon Mall. In 2015, Burlington made the move from Westgate Mall to the Macon Mall at 3661 Eisenhower Parkway.

Burlington plans to hire around 65 people for the new location and currently has job openings for eight different positions on its website. To apply, visit burlingtonstores.jobs.

“As Burlington continues to expand its footprint, they remain focused on finding great talent to join their growing company,” read the release.

The nationally recognized off-price retailer operates more than 930 stores in 46 states and Puerto Rico. The company offers discounts of up to 60% off other retailers’ prices, according to the release.
