Cat people, this one’s for you.

The Telegraph wants to find the most adorable, furriest, cuddliest cat and yours could be the winner. Here’s how to enter:

Readers should submit a photo of their furry friend, along with a one-sentence description including name and breed, to cmadden@mcclatchy.com. The deadline for submissions is the end of the day on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

Any reader can submit their cat for the contest, but voting will be limited to Telegraph subscribers. Once voting opens, subscribers may vote as many times as they wish. To subscribe, visit macon.com/subscribe for a list of offers, including an introductory rate of 99 cents for one month.

Voting will begin Sept. 12. On Sept. 19, the top eight finishers will move on in the contest. On Sept. 26, we will name our final four contenders. Votes will reset after each round and voting will conclude at noon on Sept. 30.

If your cat is crowned as the winner, he or she will appear on macon.com and on the cover of The Telegraph newspaper.
