Woman's Hanger Trick Will Declutter Your Closet in an Instant
Keeping your closet organized can do more than make your life easier. That's because being able to see everything you already own can also help you save money by preventing you from buying items you don't need (or wasting money on clothes you'll never wear).
That's why I'm loving this closet organization hack from one TikToker who found a creative way to repurpose a common kitchen staple in her bedroom to give her more room and keep the clutter down.

Woman's Space-Saving Closet Hack is a Game Changer
When you're looking for ideas for small spaces, @lizathome_ has got you covered. Her recent collection of ideas is no different, and it includes a few great ways to organize your bedroom closet.
But, as someone who struggles with how to manage the collection of empty hangers my family of five generates between laundry days, I couldn't get over her simple solution to hanger storage. The hack includes repurposing some wall-mounted paper towel holders into hanger organizers, which she hung directly inside her closet for easy access.

The Internet Can't Stop Talking About It
In less than a month, her post had gotten nearly 200,000 likes and was full of hundreds of comments from people who were obsessed with the smart idea.
"Paper towel holder for extra hangers," one person wrote. "Genius!"
"Oh my God the paper towel roll idea is so good thank you," another person added.
Now, I'll admit, while I really like this idea, my closet isn't exactly big enough to pull it off. But that got me thinking about another way I could use the same idea in my even smaller space.
I think you could store those extra hangers in the area where you keep your washer and dryer instead of the closet. This will let you keep those hangers organized for easy access, but they'll be out of your closet (and your bedroom), freeing up space for hanging your clothes and accessories.
This would probably even work if you don't have a dedicated laundry room, since it's mounted on the wall, so it could just go in that empty space next to or above your appliances.
Of course, if you're still limited on space, you may want to look lower on your wall and see if there's a spot closer to the ground (perhaps between your washer and dryer) where you could mount these paper towel holders instead.
