Which GA companies are the best large employers in America? Check out this list by Forbes

If you work for a large organization in America, you may often wonder how your workplace stacks up against other large employers in the country. But wonder no more because Forbes just did the work for you. The magazine just released their list of the best large employers in America.

Here’s how Forbes ranked America’s best large employers

In their 2025 list, Forbes ranked 701 large organizations. According to Forbes, the rankings are based on survey response data from over 217,000 employees working at companies that employ more than 5,000 people.

Surveys had a variety of questions, mostly pertaining to salary, work environment, training programs and opportunities to advance. However, the surveys also included questions about if the employee would recommend the company to others as well as opportunities for employees to rate the employer on certain criteria or scenarios.

Then each company was given a score based on the results of the survey and finally, ranked with other companies that received high scores.

Here are the top large employers in Georgia

From healthcare employers to food and beverage companies, travel and leisure, education or even restaurants, Georgia employers are proving to be some of the best in the country.

One Georgia company actually ranked in the top 10 best large employers in America and that company is Delta Air Lines, founded in 1924. Delta has over 100,000 employees and is based in Atlanta. The company was also ranked number 76 on Forbes’s list of America’s Dream Employers.
