Love Island contestant arrested in Georgia for threatening to kill officer. What we know
A Love Island USA season six contestant who didn’t find love on the show has recently found herself in trouble with the law.
According to reports, Hannah Smith, 26, was escorted out of a concert venue in Atlanta on Sept. 30 initially for being “disorderly.” However, Cobb County officers arrested Smith after she “punched an EMS worker in the arm” and “tried to hit” an officer.
The report also states that while being transported to the Cobb County detention center, Smith threatened to kill the officer and the officer’s sister several times.
Smith was charged with two felonies, including terroristic threats and willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer. She was released Oct. 1 on an $8,000 bond.
Smith was the first contestant to get voted off of Love Island USA season six.
