A Georgia beach community is the priciest neighborhood in the entire state.
The luxury real estate market is booming and CashNetUSA recently found the most expensive neighborhoods in each US state using data from Zillow.
The report found the most expensive neighborhood in the country is Manalapan, Florida where the average home costs around $39 million.
In Georgia, that title is awarded to Sea Island, where an average home costs around $5.7 million.
About Sea Island
Sea Island, Georgia is a privately owned area in Glynn County and is a part of the Golden Isles, which includes St. Simons, Jekyll and some of Brunswick.
The Island is known for its private beach, world-class golf resorts and five star experiences such as The Cloister, The Lodge and The Spa.
