It’s all come down to this: two final restaurants.
In the final round of our restaurant patio bracket, it was between Natalia’s and Marie’s Lounge.
So, who came out on top and won over the hearts of Macon with their stylish, cozy outdoor patio?
Drumroll, please…
Marie’s Lounge!
You voted more than 12,000 total times in four rounds and Marie’s Lounge took home the big win.
“We are so proud and excited for this win,” said owners Brittnee and James Dixon. “We take pride in the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere we have created on our patio with five fire pit sections, couches and chairs, two 65-inch TVs and music to sit back and relax to.”
Marie’s Lounge is located at 4581 Forsyth Road, Suite A in Macon and opened in 2023. The restaurant is known for its specialty cocktails and hookah service, but also offers tapas such as fish tacos, lobster corn dogs, southwest shrimp and fried chicken wings.
Marie’s Lounge has $1 wings or tenders as well as $5 wines on Wednesdays. In addition, the restaurant has happy hour specials all day on Thursdays and brunch on Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
“We are thankful that others enjoy our outside patio area just how we designed it,” said the Dixons.
