Fort Valley State finishes season with SIAC championship
Just about a month ago, the Fort Valley State Wildcats were sitting at 1-6 after a loss to Florida Tech.
On Saturday, the Wildcats finished off their season turnaround with an SIAC championship.
The Wildcats beat Kentucky State 33-30 on Saturday in Montgomery, Alabama, for the conference championship. The Wildcats finish their season with a 5-6 record, winning their final four games in head coach Kevin Porter’s first season with the program.
Kentucky State beat Fort Valley State 26-10 during the regular season.
