Warrant: Macon man accused of rape tells 13-year-old victim to stay quiet "because he didn't want to go to jail"
A 20-year-old east Macon man was arrested Thursday and charged with raping a 13-year-old girl in February.
Tremayne Octavious Driskell Jr., of Clinton Road, was visiting friends on New Clinton Road in mid-February when he entered the 13-year-old girl’s bedroom and repeatedly touched her private parts, ignoring her pleas for him to stop, according to an arrest warrant signed in May.
After he undressed her and forcibly raped her, Driskell “told her not to tell anyone because he didn’t want to go to jail,” the warrant said.
Driskell remained behind bars Friday without bond, according to Bibb County jail records.
