A 33-year-old Macon man was charged with trafficking meth Friday after state and local authorities searched his home in south Bibb County.

Donald Frederick Meeks Jr. was arrested after the 2:30 a.m. search at 4475 Fulton Mill Road, according to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

The SWAT team, GBI and Peach County Sheriff’s Office also helped with the bust, during which a kilo of meth, cash, three semi-automatic guns, a carbine rifle and a stun gun were seized. The street value of the meth found is estimated to be $120,000.

He was booked in the Bibb County jail and denied bond.

It is not the first time Meeks has served jail time on drug related charges. According to the Georgia Department of Corrections website and Bibb County Superior Court records, he served jail time on possession of meth charges in Jones and Bibb counties.
