Man who paid to watch live video of sex acts performed on kids pleads guilty to porn charge
A Johnson County man pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge Thursday.
William Hutcheson Ledford, of Wrightsville, could face up to 30 years in prison, said James Durham, acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia.
Evidence presented at Ledford’s detention and plea hearings showed he paid for child pornography, Durham said.
The pornography included Ledford watching live video of sex acts being performed on minors in the Philippines, he said.
Ledford’s attorney, Mitch Warnock, declined comment pending Ledford’s sentencing.
