Two Warner Robins brothers charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute
Two Warner Robins brothers are jailed on charges of possession of heroin with intent to distribute.
Joe Lewis Hogues Jr., 36, was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, according to an arrest warrant.
Hogues also was charged with possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, the warrant states. Hogues has a 2011 felony conviction in Houston County for possession of cocaine.
His brother, Michael Jerome Hogues, 34, was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, according to an arrest warrant. He was also charged with possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony.
The brothers were arrested at their apartment on North Davis Drive last week by Warner Robins police. Both were being held without bond Tuesday.
