Milledgeville man killed in Houston County motorcycle crash
A Milledgeville man was killed after his motorcycle collided with an oncoming pickup truck in Houston County about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Jeremy Cortez Wright, 27, was headed eastbound on Dunbar Road driving a 2008 Suzuki motorcycle when it crossed the center lane near General Lee Road and crashed into a 2001 Ford Ranger driven by a 41-year-old Byron man, according to a news release from the Houston County Sheriff’s Office.
Wright died at the scene. The crash is being investigated.
