Warner Robins shooting over drugs; victim in critical condition
A 27-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault in a Monday shooting on Evergreen Street.
Kevin Blake Barwick was also charged with possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to Houston County jail records.
Jason Jackson Howell, 39, remains hospitalized at The Medical Center, Navicent Health, in critical condition after he was shot in the neck area, according to a Warner Robins police news release.
Police think that the 12:52 p.m. shooting was drug-related, the release said.
