Recap: Funeral for Deputy Daryl Smallwood, who was killed in the line of duty

The funeral for Peach County Deputy Daryl Smallwood is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday at Southside Baptist Church in Warner Robins. Visitation will immediately precede the funeral service. Smallwood, along with Sgt. Patrick Sondron, was shot in the line of duty Sunday. Sondron died Sunday, and Smallwood died days later. Ralph Stanley Elrod is charged in their deaths.
