Warner Robins Christmas tree lighting scheduled later this month
The weather hasn’t even felt like fall, but Christmas is coming.
The Warner Robins Convention & Visitors Bureau has set the third annual city Christmas tree lighting for Nov. 29 from 5-7 p.m. at 99 Armed Forces Blvd. in front of the Law Enforcement Center and E.L. Greenway Welcome Center.
Mayor Randy Toms is expected to throw the switch at 6 p.m.
The evening will feature pictures with Santa Claus, train rides, face painting, crafts and balloons.
Elementary school choruses from Hilltop, Lake Joy, Miller and Sacred Heart Catholic School will be performing.
