Police are seeking help finding a 60-year-old Fort Valley woman
Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 60-year-old woman.
Jean Jenkins, of Fort Valley, was last seen Oct. 18 in the 800 block of East Church St. wearing blue jeans, a green shirt and carrying a plastic shipping bag, according to a Fort Valley police news release.
She is described as a black female, about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing about 118 pounds, the release said.
“Her family has stated it is unusual for her to go this length of time without contacting someone,” Public Safety Director Lawrence Spurgeon said in the release. “There is no indication of foul play at the moment.
“But she has been entered into the nationwide database as a missing person,” he said.
