Macon residents saw a couple of F-15 jets flying low over the city on Wednesday and will see it again Thursday and Sunday.

The 339th Flight Test Squadron at Robins Air Force Base is doing a flyover for the Cherry Blossom Festival Parade on Sunday at 4 p.m. They did a practice run Wednesday afternoon over the area of Cherry Street and Central City Park and will do another on Thursday from 2-3 p.m., according to a base release.

Those who go to the parade Sunday will see the planes flying even lower, said base spokesman Roland Leach.
