Georgia Tech faces Boston College in ACC play-in game
The Georgia Tech baseball team lost two of three games to Boston College this past weekend to drop to the ninth seed for this week’s ACC tournament, which will be played in Durham, North Carolina.
The Yellow Jackets and Eagles will face off again Tuesday in the second play-in game for the tournament. The winner advances to pool play with Miami, Florida State and N.C. State.
The first play-in game pits Duke against Wake Forest. The winner of that game advances to pool play with Louisville, Virginia and Clemson.
Georgia Tech is 35-20 and finished 13-15 in ACC play.
