QUESTION: How long have you been coaching?

ANSWER: For five years.

QUESTION: What keeps you motivated to coach?

ANSWER: Teaching the kids. That’s the biggest thing I enjoy is seeing kids improve.

QUESTION: Tell me about your family.

ANSWER: I have two children, Jackson, 10, and Abigail, 13. My wife is Emily Nipper.

QUESTION: Do you have a favorite moment from this season?

ANSWER: This year a kid hit his first homerun ever. Anytime someone does something for the first time is great.

QUESTION: What do you do when you aren’t coaching?

ANSWER: I work at Comfort Heating and Air.
