Playoff spot at stake for Macon Mayhem

The regular season comes to an end Friday for the Macon Mayhem, and there's plenty on the line for the team in its inaugural season.

Should the Mayhem pick up at least a point at Columbus, then they will be headed to the President's Cup playoffs. A loss in regulation, however, will mean that the Mayhem will have to keep an eye on Columbus' final three games, a three-game set April 7-9 at first-place Peoria, as well as Louisiana's final three games, April 7 against Mississippi and April 8-9 against Knoxville.

The Mayhem's Shawn Skelly is still in the running for the regular-season scoring title. He currently sits in a tie for second at 60 points, a point behind Pensacola's Corey Banfield.
