Savannah’s Grayson Stadium and Rome’s State Mutual Stadium will host the GHSA baseball championship series next spring as the association moves the best-of-three series to neutral sites.

The championship series will be played May 25-27. Four classifications will play at each site, with two classifications playing doubleheaders (one classification playing at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., the other playing at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) on May 25 and the other two classifications playing doubleheaders on May 26, following the same time schedule. Any necessary Game 3s will take place May 27, with game times set following play May 26.

Classifications will be assigned to each site based on the geography of the teams involved, according to a posting on the GHSA website.
