Stratford’s O’Showen Williams, Central pair sign

Wednesday was a busy day for signings in Macon, with Stratford sending a basketball player and Central sending two football players to the next level.

Stratford’s O’Showen Williams, who finished his basketball career with 1,521 points and topped 1,000 rushing yards in 2014 and 2015 on the football field, will play basketball at South Georgia State.

Central defensive back Kendric Powell signed with Alma, a college in Michigan, while linebacker DeAndre Blassigame is headed to Nichols College in Massachusetts.
