Houston County football dominates over Veterans in 49-10 homecoming win
The Houston County High School football team celebrated its homecoming game and beat Veterans High School 49-10 on Friday. The teams played at Freedom Field in Warner Robins, which both schools use as their home field. The Houston County Bears dominated offensively and scored seven touchdowns in the first half. This game marked the first region matchup of the season for the two teams in 2-AAAAA. With its win, Houston County carries on its undefeated season and moves to 6-0. Veterans’ record moves to 2-4.
