The senior ran 17 times for 104 yards and a touchdown in a win over Class 2A No. 3 Vidalia.

Drae Butts, Jones County

Butts caught six passes for 165 yards with two touchdowns in a win over Locust Grove.

R.J. Carr, Dodge County

The sophomore carried 26 times for 239 yards and a touchdown against Appling County, and added five tackles on defense.

Rochelle Dinkins, Veterans

Dinkins, who missed nearly all of last season with an injury, caught five passes for 113 yards and a touchdown, adding a rushing score in a loss to Houston County.

Jake Fromm, Houston County

Fromm dazzled again, completing 24-of-36 for 492 yards and seven touchdowns with no interceptions, his fourth 400-yard game of the season.

Pinkney Gilchrist, Mount de Sales

Gilchrist completed 11-of-15 passes for 175 yards and three touchdowns against Social Circle.

Bradley Hunnicutt, Jones County

Back from two weeks off, Hunnicutt countered three interceptions with four touchdowns and 484 yards passing in the Greyhounds’ home-opening win.

Robert Johnson, FPD

Johnson returned a Hawkinsville fumble 27 yards for a touchdown and had a 51-yard scoring run in the Vikings’ victory.

Tobias Oliver, Northside

The senior completed 16-of- 22 for 159 yards and two touchdowns, adding two rushing touchdowns and 61 yards on the ground.

Antonio Sanders Jr., Central

Sanders ran for 191 yards and three touchdowns as the Chargers improved to 3-0.
