Georgia basketball releases 2017-18 non-conference schedule

A few days before Christmas, Georgia will host Temple at Stegeman Coliseum.

The Georgia basketball program released its 2017-18 non-conference schedule Thursday afternoon, which revealed the Temple meeting among previously announced games against major-conference opponents.

Georgia will travel to Big East opponent Marquette on Dec. 2 and to Atlantic 10 foe Massachusetts on Dec. 16. Georgia will host rival Georgia Tech on Dec. 29 before welcoming American Athletic Conference's squad to Stegeman Coliseum on Dec. 22.

The Bulldogs will also travel to Kansas State on Jan. 27, 2018 for the Big 12/SEC Challenge.

Nov. 10, 2017: vs. Bryant

Nov. 14, 2017: vs. USC-Upstate

Nov. 19, 2017: vs. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi

Nov. 23-26, 2017: at Wooden Legacy in Fullerton, California (Cal State Fullerton, DePaul, Georgia, Harvard, Saint Mary's, San Diego State, St. Joseph's)

Dec. 2, 2017: at Marquette

Dec. 5, 2017: vs. Winthrop

Dec. 16, 2017: at Massachusetts

Dec. 19, 2017: vs. Georgia Tech

Dec. 22, 2017: vs. Temple

Jan. 27, 2018: at Kansas State
