How did College GameDay talents predict Georgia-LSU SEC Championship?

Georgia fans got their biggest wish. Lee Corso wore the LSU Tiger head in his famed show-ending headgear segment.

The ESPN pregame show, hosted outside of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, analyzed the Bulldogs’ playoff chances dependent upon the result of the game. Some of the scenarios involved a close loss to LSU and Baylor win over Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship game.

A significant loss to LSU eliminates all discussion due to Georgia’s 20-17 loss to South Carolina (4-8) in Sanford Stadium. There were plenty of “if LSU wins” modifiers during the conversation, so then came the “Saturday Selection” segment of picks.
