North Macon teams head to state tourneys

The North Macon Park baseball teams had a strong showing at the USSSA area championships this past weekend as the 6U, 8U, 10U and 12U all won their tournaments to advance to the state tournaments this weekend.

All four teams will play at 9 a.m. on Saturday in Locust Grove. The 12U team plays Brooks County, while the 10U team plays Newton County Green. The 8U team plays Fayette County, while the 6U team plays Ola.
