Carmelo Anthony Shares Immediate Reaction to Knicks' Comeback Win
Carmelo Anthony was one of the many New York Knicks legends in the house at Madison Square Garden for Wednesday night’s historic comeback victory over the San Antonio Spurs.
The Knicks erased a 29-point Spurs’ lead, securing the 107-106 Game 4 victory with a game-winning tip-in from OG Anunoby.
MSG Network grabbed Anthony right after the game to get his immediate reaction to the stunning comeback victory for his former team.
“The Knicks ain’t quit. That’s what championship teams do. They’re never down and out,” Anthony said. “This got to be one of the greatest games, one of the greatest comebacks ever in the history of the NBA.
“To see how they did it, they never gave up. They were down 20, 30 and they fought back piece by piece by piece. … They were incredible tonight.”
