Several impressive wins dotted the scoreboard across Middle Georgia in Week 5 of the high school football season, and some solid individual performances came with them.

One of the most notable matchups of the week came when Northeast faced off against ACE. The Raiders ended the Gryphons’ undefeated season behind the strength of running back Nick Woodford, who finished with five touchdowns and 314 yards.

Other key matchups included Perry taking down Peach County, Rutland beatin Central in Thursday’s game and FPD notching a solid win against Pinewood Christian.
