The windy conditions at Augusta National on Friday left many of the Georgia golfers struggled to make the cut with just a few managing to advance to the weekend. Kevin Kisner put together a solid -2 round to vault himself into contention while Stewart Cink wowed fans with an ace but failed to make the cut.

Here is a look at the second round recaps for each of the 10 golfers.

The Macon native struggled at the start of his round with a pair of double bogeys in the first four holes to more than offset back-to-back birdies on the second and third hole. He managed to claw his way through the round and make the cut to play the weekend.

Bubba Watson, University of Georgia

Another up and down day from the former two-time winner of the Green Jacket. Watson managed to make the cut at +2 for the tournament after back-to-back +1 rounds.

Kevin Kisner, University of Georgia

Kisner managed to go under par for his round on Friday which felt like a major feat as many of the world’s best struggled around Augusta National. If not for back-to-back bogeys on the final two holes, Kisner would’ve moved to under par for the tournament.

Brian Harman, University of Georgia

His round got off to a good start with an eagle on the second hole. But he quickly faltered and failed to make the cut after shooting +3 on the round.

Hudson Swafford, University of Georgia

Despite losing his clubhead on a shot, Swafford managed to put together a good round to make the cut. He finished up with a -3 round in some of the toughest conditions in recent memory at The Masters.

Sepp Straka, University of Georgia

Straka ground out an even-par round on Friday to make it to the weekend at +2. Straka is gaining valuable experience and insight this week by making the cut. If all things go well he could sneak into contention or perhaps grab a top 20 finish.

Stewart Cink, Georgia Tech

Cink provided one of the best highlights of round two when he hit a hole-in-one on the Par 3 16th hole. Unfortunately, the ace wasn’t enough to get the former Yellow Jacket above the cut line.

Larry Mize, Georgia Tech

Mize failed to make the cut this year after shooting a 78 on Friday. He failed to card a birdie in the tough conditions.

Patrick Reed, Augusta State

Reed came into The Masters struggling but he managed to make the cut after a gutsy one over par round on Friday. He remains pretty far back of the leader but Moving Day at The Masters always sees someone rise from the pack, it could be Reed, a former champion here.

Zach Johnson, St. Simons Island

Johnson missed the cut by one stroke a bogey on 17 pushed him below the cut line. It is a tough finish for the former winner.
