Stay out of government

The real agenda behind the Religious Freedom Act is to deny freedom to those who do live in a way that the proponents desire that people should live. No one has the right, on religious grounds or otherwise, to impose his or her beliefs onto others. We do not live in a religious-run state. Our forefathers wanted religion to stay out of government. That's why people left the Old World to come here. If these proponents want to live in a state run by the church, they should become Muslim and move to the Middle East.

Huge responsibility

Gov. Nathan Deal is concerned about guns being carried on college campuses. What is confusing is the fact that even law enforcement officers have to undergo proper training before using firearms out in the general public. The scenario where young people go to get educated and pay their tuition and still have to worry about being safe should be addressed by students, their parents and the school with proper security measures.

Having to take a life is a very serious situation and a heavy burden to bear for a young person trying to obtain a college education that has not been trained properly to handle a situation of this magnitude.

Setting an example

Perpetrating a crime of assault over an order of fries make me question how much a person values their life and that of their children by putting them in danger. She should ask herself did she pick on this lady because she knew her or because she thought she took her fries?

The lesson she taught her children is that assaulting a person and then blaming others is acceptable behavior. People have gotten killed because of stupidity.

News flash

Obama finally said the Constitution requires that the president submit a nominee to Congress for the vacancy on the Supreme Court. Based on his seven year performance, I didn't believe he knew we had a Constitution.
