Where can you buy medical cannabis? Here are the dispensaries coming soon to Georgia

If you qualify for a Low THC-Oil Registry Card and are looking for places that sell the oil you need, you probably won’t find any yet.

According to the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission, two dispensaries have recently received a license for Class 1 Production.

The licenses were distributed in September 2022 and the licensees are Botanical Sciences, LLC And Trulieve GA, INC.

Here’s more information about the two dispensaries:

About Botanical Sciences, LLC

Botanical Sciences, LLC is the Peach State’s very first physician-owned medical cannabis provider that manufactures, processes, distributes and dispenses medical cannabis.

The company will sell medical cannabis in a variety of products such as tinctures, topicals and capsules, all within the legal amount.

The Botanical Sciences website also provides the steps to obtaining your Low THC-Oil registry card.

Locations for this dispensary will be announced soon.

About Trulieve GA, INC

Trulieve GA, INC is a dispensary that produces medical cannabis in many forms. The company boasts all natural, pest-free and chemical-free products from a hand-grown, safe environment.

On their website, Trulieve has announced locations in five Georgia cities, all coming soon: Columbus, Macon, Marietta, Newnan and Pooler.

Currently, the dispensary has locations all over the country (Arizona, California, Florida, etc.) and sells products such as edibles, vapes and oils. However, the only thing legal in Georgia is the Low-THC Oil.

For more information about how to get your Registry Card and if you qualify, visit the Department of Public Health’s website.
