NFL’s Julio Jones lists posh penthouse ‘in the sky’ for $2.6M in Georgia. Take a look
NFL star Julio Jones is parting ways with his posh two-story penthouse overlooking downtown Atlanta more than a year after being traded by the Falcons.
Hitting the market for $2.6 million, the “one-of-a-kind private haven in the sky” is the largest at the W Atlanta Residences and offers an unobstructed view of Jones’ old stomping grounds at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, according to Realtor.com.
Jones, 33, spent 10 seasons as a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons before he was traded to the Tennessee Titans in June 2021, NFL.com reported. He now plays for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The star player’s old digs feature three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms spread out across more than 4,000 square feet of living space, according to the Realtor.com listing. There are also “sprawling spa-like en suite baths,” custom closets and a private laundry room with a sink.
“This sumptuous residence is outfitted with high-end finishes and equipment throughout, including custom Poggenpohl cabinetry, Porcelanosa tile from Spain, designer wallcoverings, quartz countertops, Nest thermostats, Sonos multi-zone audio and premium silent automated shades,” the listing continues.
The penthouse’s “towering floor-to-ceiling windows” let in plenty of sunlight and offer “astonishing ... moonlight views” year round, according to Realtor.com. Other features include a wet bar, billiard room and floating staircase.
