Georgia city tops list for Best Winter Holiday Destinations

Thinking of a vacation this holiday season? How about a stay-cation?

Georgia residents should look no further than your own home state this holiday season. According to a ranking released by WalletHub, Atlanta is the No.1 cold weather destination for winter holiday travel. It ranked higher than New York City, Philadelpha, Chicago and Denver.

The ranking was created based on a combination of factors such as travel costs, local cost, attractions and weather conditions.

Las Vegas tops the list for warm weather destinations.
