Teen disappears from Holiday Inn Express after taking bus to visit friends, GA cops say
A teenager disappeared from a Holiday Inn Express after taking a bus to visit her friends, Georgia police said.
Kalana Johnson was last seen at the hotel in Augusta at around 2 a.m. on Oct. 18, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
She was in the area with her mother visiting her father, the sheriff’s office said.
Johnson took a bus to Atlanta and was last known to be in the Palmetto area with friends, according to police.
She was wearing green jogging pants, a black T-shirt with a green logo, and black and white Nike tennis shoes, police said.
