A gambler turned a $1.76 bet into a big jackpot prize at a Washington casino.

The player sat at a Big Hot Flaming Pots slot machine at the Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Rochester, the casino said in an Aug. 17 Facebook post.

The visitor made the bet, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

The lucky gambler won $18,237.16.

That wasn’t the only win at the casino that day.

Another lucky player sat at a Timber Wolf Triple Power slot machine, bet $1.60 and hit a $14,335.82 jackpot.

A dozen people commented on the Facebook post congratulating the winners.

“Wish that would happen to me!” someone commented.

“Congratulations on the big win!” another person said.

Rochester is in Thurston County, about a 20-mile drive south from Olympia.
