Pastry Chef Amaury Guichon’s chocolate creations don’t just look delicious — they feed the sweet tooth of the soul.
Guichon, a chocolate connoisseur from France, has captivated millions of viewers on TikTok with his massive chocolate statues, including dragons, clocks, cellos and even a 150-pound shark.
“This man is an engineer at this point,” one person commented on Guichon’s page, which has 14.7 million followers.
Guichon grew up in France close to the border of Switzerland, according to his online biography. His passion for pastries took him across Europe and eventually to the United States, where he now lives in Las Vegas.
He also hosted the Netflix series “School of Chocolate” in November 2021, according to his biography.
Guichon’s creations can often take days, but the chef makes the process look effortless and quick in his TikTok edits.
“You always bring top-tier level of detail,” one person commented on Guichon’s giant chocolate squid sculpture.
“I can’t even make a simple chocolate cake & you are making a whole chocolate giraffe,” another person joked. “Great job.”
